Working with Difference
The course will include:
- the meaning of the term 'culture' in it's broadest sense
- the relationship between the personal and the social/political
- issues of power in the therapy and supervision relationships
- the nature of prejudice and how it can be worked within ourselves and others
- live practice of supervision for the exploration of the issues
Group Supervision
This course is open for anyone who has completed the Core Supervision and/or Therapeutic Supervision courses. The course will include:
- contracting
- using the resources of the group
- the different facilitator styles in group supervision
- an exploration of group dynamics and how they affect group supervision
- practice sessions with feedback
- balancing individual, group and supervision (task) needs
Supervision in Teams and Organisations
This course will focus on:
- how to supervise effective teamwork
- facilitating teams to develop relationships with their internal and external stakeholders
- developing supervision policies and practices within an organisation
- supervision of organisational development
Training the Trainers
This course is put on from time to time by request.
This course is for those who want to deliver Supervision Training and who have completed a recognised training in Supervision. The core of the programme will be the participants engaging in designing, planning and delivering training elements to each other and receiving feedback.

- contracting with the learning group
- creating the learning environment and learning container
- setting up and debriefing exercises
- using the Group Dynamic including handling resistance
- co-leading and getting supervision on one’s training
