He is Chairman of Bath Consultancy Group through whom he works with a wide variety of organisations and top teams in the commercial, public and voluntary sectors. co-author of the "Coaching, Mentoring and Organisational Consultancy, Supervision and Development” and co author with Robin Shohet of “Supervision in the Helping Professions” now in its third edition.

Judy Ryde PhD is a founder of Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling. She is the co-founder and past chair for Psychotherapists and Counsellors for Social Responsibility. Her book published in 2009 is entitled "Being White in the Helping Professions: An Intersubjective Approach to Intercultural Working".  She runs a project for psychotherapy and counselling with refugees and asylum seekers.

Robin Shohet is co-author with Peter Hawkins of "Supervision in the Helping Professions" third edition published by the Open University Press in 2006 and editor of “Passionate Supervision” Jessica Kingsley (2007). He lives with his family at the Findhorn Foundation, a spiritual community in Scotland and is currently writing about the spiritual dimension of supervision.

She works as a supervisor and psychotherapist with individuals and couples and has a private practice in both London and Scotland. She is a co founder and active member of Findhorn Playback Theatre and co-author of "The Boxing Clever Cookbook" (2002)
